Before Work Begins
A client may request cancellation before the project has been assigned or work has commenced.
If no work has been performed, Bluetech IT Services may approve a full or partial refund after deducting any applicable payment processing fees or consultation charges, where applicable.
Once Work Has Started
Our services are time- and resource-based. Once project planning, research, design, development, strategy, or implementation has begun, payments become non-refundable.
This includes activities such as:
- Project planning and discovery
- Technical consultation
- Requirement analysis
- Design work
- Development or customization
- SEO implementation
- Campaign setup
- Strategy creation
- Testing and deployment
Monthly Services
Monthly service plans, including SEO, paid advertising management, website maintenance, and digital marketing retainers, are billed for the work scheduled during each service period.
Payments made for an active billing cycle are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle begins.
Client Responsibilities
Project timelines and deliverables depend on timely collaboration.
Refund requests will not be approved where delays or interruptions are caused by:
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Incomplete project requirements
- Failure to provide requested content or assets
- Restricted access to required platforms or accounts
- Changes in project scope after work has commenced
Change of Mind
Refunds cannot be provided simply because:
- Business priorities have changed
- The client decides not to proceed
- Another service provider is chosen
- The client changes their preferences after approving project direction or deliverables
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical or processing error, the additional amount will be refunded after verification.
Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by notifying Bluetech IT Services in writing.
Where work has already been completed, payment for completed phases, milestones, or hours invested remains payable. Any refund request will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed before cancellation.
Our Commitment
We believe in building long-term relationships through quality service rather than relying on refund requests.
If you have concerns about the progress or quality of your project, we encourage you to contact our team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine issues through revisions, technical improvements, or alternative solutions whenever appropriate.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted by email with the following information:
- Client name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Invoice or Order Number
- Service purchased
- Reason for the request
Each request is reviewed individually. If approved, refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Changes to This Policy
Bluetech IT Services reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
